We are happy to present Babel Chat, an exploratory discussion platform developed as part of our student project. Our main goal was to create a functional messaging environment that demonstrates the ability to integrate complex technologies.

The central achievement of this project is our real-time translation feature. While Babel Chat is not a full-scale commercial application, we are very proud of how seamlessly it integrates translation into the chat experience.

When a user sends a message in their native language, our system processes and translates that message into the recipient’s chosen language, and vice-versa. This allows two people who speak entirely different languages to hold a conversation without leaving the chat window or relying on external translation tools.
